Enrollment Advisor – Closing Specialist (Full‑Time)

About the role

As an Enrollment Advisor at Cumorah Academy you will convert prospective students into enrolled learners who align with the academy’s mission. You will engage warm leads, handle objections in real time, and close enrollment decisions during the call while guiding candidates through the admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound and assigned leads, build rapport, and close enrollment decisions on the spot.
• Provide detailed information about leadership programs, curriculum, campus life, and scholarship opportunities.
• Guide prospects through application paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordinate with recruitment team members.
• Support scholarship applicants by explaining requirements, deadlines, and submission steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, or teaching with a proven closing record.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
• Experience using online communication platforms for lead follow‑up.
