Email & SMS Marketing Manager

About the role

Valatam is seeking a data‑driven Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own its retention marketing programs. You will plan, create, automate, and analyse campaigns that deepen customer connections and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly campaign calendars aligned with business goals.
• Execute end‑to‑end email and SMS campaigns, including copywriting, asset design, and deployment.
• Build, monitor, and optimise automated flows such as welcome, post‑purchase, browse abandonment, win‑back, and retention sequences.
• Perform deep audience segmentation to improve deliverability, open rates, and list health.
• Track KPIs (revenue attribution, CTR, conversion rates) and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times.
• Manage email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, and related regulations.
• Maintain SOPs for recurring processes to support scalability.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience in email marketing.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
