Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

InteractiveWorkers, LLC is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Email Marketing Specialist to join its Maracaibo office. You will plan, execute and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads and support revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build email workflows, templates and automated journeys using email marketing platforms.
• Segment audiences, write and edit compelling copy, and ensure deliverability and compliance.
• Track performance, generate reports and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align email initiatives with broader strategies.
• Continuously test subject lines, content and send times to improve open and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in digital or email marketing, either agency or in‑house.
• Customer‑service mindset to manage community interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mailchimp.
• Proficiency with Canva for template design.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation and email deliverability best practices.
