Email and SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator

About the role

Community Sports Partners seeks a remote Email and SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator to drive bookings and keep players returning. You will blend campaign creation, sales follow‑through, and pickup‑game coordination across Latin America while working on Toronto/Eastern time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send email and SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games and registration offers.
• Create audience segments by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Maintain consent records, monitor deliverability, and report qualified enquiries, bookings and revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline: respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, follow up through payment confirmation and renewals.
• Coordinate pickup‑game listings, monitor registrations, handle player questions, and flag low‑enrolment games for escalation.

Required profile

• Practical experience building email campaigns and SMS automations.
• Strong written and spoken English for North‑American customer conversations.
• Detail‑oriented with schedules, pricing and customer records.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on Toronto/Eastern time.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• CRM experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.

What we offer

• Remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
• Monthly base salary US$800–US$1,000 depending on experience.
• Variable commissions US$500–US$1,000, with total potential earnings of US$1,300–US$2,000 per month.
• Evening and weekend shifts aligned with Toronto/Eastern time.
