E‑Commerce Marketing Manager (TikTok Shop focused)

About the role

We are seeking an E‑Commerce Marketing Manager to grow TopFoxx’s TikTok Shop and support broader marketing initiatives. The role is remote, full‑time, and focuses on short‑form content, creator collaborations, and e‑commerce optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive TikTok Shop growth by analyzing GMV, conversion, traffic and product performance, and testing new features and campaigns.
• Expand the affiliate/creator network to 5,000+ active creators and increase the sales‑driving video rate from 1‑2% to 5%.
• Develop creative strategy for TikTok, Instagram and paid media, turning product benefits and customer questions into compelling hooks and concepts.
• Execute hands‑on creative work using tools such as Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva to produce or modify short‑form videos and graphics.
• Optimize product and landing pages by identifying conversion friction, aligning messaging, and improving visual assets.
• Support paid media efforts by reviewing ad creative, repurposing successful organic content, and linking performance insights back to TikTok Shop strategy.
• Track and interpret key performance indicators (GMV, revenue, conversion rate, creator‑generated revenue, CTR, ROAS, etc.) to inform continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong marketer comfortable with short‑form content and quick platform learning.
• Hands‑on, independent problem‑solver who can investigate data, devise strategies and execute solutions.
