E-Commerce Copywriter

About the role

We are seeking an E‑Commerce Copywriter to shape how Zulay Kitchen’s products are presented across our online channels. You will craft compelling product copy that drives clicks and conversions while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and other e‑commerce content for Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms.
• Translate product features into customer‑focused benefits and persuasive messaging.
• Develop copy for new product launches, promotions, email campaigns, social media, packaging, and A+ Content.
• Review existing listings, identify improvement opportunities, and test messaging based on performance data.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices without sacrificing readability.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Category Managers, designers, and sales specialists to align copy with visual assets and market insights.

• Customer‑centric mindset and curiosity about what drives purchasing decisions.
• Ability to analyze reviews, competitor listings, and market trends to inform messaging.
