DevOps Content Engineer (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Content Engineer to join our remote team and help translate complex DevOps and SRE concepts into clear, actionable content for engineers across Latin America. You will combine hands‑on experience with a passion for writing, video creation, and community engagement to showcase our AI‑driven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create technical blog posts, tutorials, guides and white papers based on real‑world experience.
• Produce demo videos, screencasts and proof‑of‑concept applications that illustrate product capabilities.
• Design reference architectures, implementation templates and sandbox environments for users to try.
• Deliver technical presentations for webinars, meetups and industry events.
• Engage with DevOps and SRE communities, gather feedback and contribute to open‑source initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure content aligns with product strategy and customer needs.
• Support sales engineering with technical collateral and assist Customer Success with use‑case documentation.

Required profile

• Strong software development background with hands‑on coding experience.
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure‑as‑code, especially Terraform.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and SRE practices, including incident response and observability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to produce technical documentation that engineers trust.
