Data Engineer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join its Analyst team. You will work in multicultural, globally‑distributed squads, delivering high‑quality data solutions that empower end‑users and support the company’s fast‑growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and query data sources.
• Cleanse, transform, and shape data to create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present completed visualisations, gather feedback, and iterate with stakeholders.
• Deploy data assets, reports, and dashboards to Tableau, using analyst‑defined parameters.
• Maintain and optimise SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of relational data modelling concepts.
• Analytical, hands‑on mindset with a proven ability to deliver on commitments.
• Methodical organisational skills for implementation, support, and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
