Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will leverage your knowledge of global travel regulations, cultural nuances, and budgeting to ensure seamless journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, ground transportation, health insurance, meals, and car rentals according to budget and policy.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay current on passport, visa, and government travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials as needed.
• Document, update, and own travel‑related processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• At least 4 years of overall travel planning experience.
• Strong command of English.
