Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will leverage your knowledge of travel regulations, visas, and cultural nuances to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services within budget constraints.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Stay current on passport, visa, and government travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate relocation services, potentially working with external agencies.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient English communication skills.
