Consulting Associate – Advisory Generalist

About the role

This position is an entry‑level consulting associate role within PwC's General Consulting services in Caracas. You will work alongside senior business leaders to help clients address complex challenges, drive innovation, and create sustainable competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary problem‑solving team to deliver client projects from strategy through execution.
• Proactively support project activities, including research, analysis, and preparation of deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of your own technical capabilities and those of the team.
• Stay informed on local and national business trends and economic issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Build internal relationships and promote the PwC brand.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate or candidate with a relevant degree.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in business advisory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
