Club Manager – Fitness Center

About the role

The Club Manager leads daily gym operations, ensuring members receive an exceptional experience while driving the club’s financial performance. This full‑time, onsite role reports to the District Manager and oversees all front‑desk and member‑service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to guarantee high‑quality customer interactions.
• Perform front‑desk duties such as greeting members, conducting tours, and handling inquiries.
• Maintain a positive club image and ensure timely opening and closing of the facility.
• Implement marketing promotions and manage inventory and supply orders.
• Complete onboarding tasks in Paycom for new hires.
• Enforce company policies and procedures among staff.

Required profile

• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lb as needed.
