Client Success IT Specialist (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

Elevate Teams is seeking a Client Success IT Specialist to own and evolve the internal IT operations that support its Talent Success team. This remote position focuses on building reliable systems, maintaining data integrity, and preventing issues before they arise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap for a fully remote organization.
• Design, provision, and secure Google Workspace architecture, including permissions and access policies.
• Manage the onboarding and off‑boarding lifecycle, creating scalable processes.
• Oversee system integrations and permissions for Hubstaff, Zoho, Notion, and other internal tools.
• Establish data integrity standards, implement automated checks, and monitor data quality.
• Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting infrastructure.
• Develop and continuously update SOPs, workflows, and knowledge‑base documentation.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose and implement automations.
• Set and monitor security standards, ensuring compliance and proactive risk mitigation.
• Manage vendor relationships, including evaluation, negotiation, and escalation handling.
• Provide technical training and build self‑service systems for team members.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on experience managing business IT systems, user access, and technical operations.
• Proven ability to independently own IT environments for remote teams.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on proactive system improvement.
