Chat Seller – Remote (English B1 Required)

About the role

Good Bunny Marketing Agency is looking for a motivated Chat Seller to support global creators by handling their digital presence and sales interactions. This remote position is open to residents of Venezuela and requires a conversational level of English (B1) and fluency in Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with creators and customers via chat to promote products and services.
• Assist creators in managing their professional growth and digital presence.
• Handle sales inquiries, upsell services, and process commissions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve creator engagement strategies.

Required profile

• English level B2 or higher (minimum B1 required).
• Fluent Spanish.
• Reliable laptop or PC with at least 8 GB RAM and stable internet connection.
• Ability to work full‑time or part‑time according to Venezuela time zones.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
