Channel Sales Manager

About the role

Ruijie is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and management of its partner network. The role focuses on building strategic relationships, driving sales performance, and aligning channel activities with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive channel development plan, strategy and layout in line with corporate goals.
• Analyze sales and channel data to manage, maintain and grow partner relationships, ensuring targets are met.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partners, develop capability‑enhancement models, and sustain long‑term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Coordinate with international market and product teams to recruit new channels, create promotional programs, and deliver value‑added activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in ICT channel or project sales.
• Minimum 5 years of channel management experience, preferably with a track record of building channel systems across multiple sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
• High integrity, sincerity and a positive outlook.
