Channel Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and management of our partner network, driving revenue growth for Ruijie’s portfolio of networking solutions. The role will shape channel strategy, build long‑term relationships with strategic partners, and ensure targets are met across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive channel development plan, aligning with the company’s overall strategy and market positioning.
• Analyse sales and channel data to guide partner recruitment, maintenance, and performance management, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partners, develop capability‑building programs, and maintain mutually beneficial long‑term collaborations.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create channel‑focused promotion activities, value‑delivery programs, and market‑specific campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT channel sales or project sales, with a proven track record of managing partner ecosystems.
• Experience establishing channel systems across multiple sectors is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and the local language, both used as working languages.
• High integrity, sincerity and an optimistic attitude.
