Caregiver (CNA/HHA) – Senior Care

About the role

We are seeking compassionate caregivers to join our senior‑care team. As a Companion Caregiver you will provide reliable, respectful, and personalized support to elderly clients in their homes, helping them maintain dignity and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engage in conversation to reduce loneliness.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, linen changes, and clothing preparation.
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals according to client preferences.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure timely intake.
• Transport clients to and from medical appointments.
• Support family members by teaching safe care techniques.

Required profile

• Respectful attitude toward clients, treating them with dignity.
• Ability to follow and interpret a client’s care plan.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
• Tolerance for small pets (dogs or cats).
• Availability by phone or email for shift updates and emergencies.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lb.
• Prior experience with dementia or senior care is a plus.
