Career Framework Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Career Framework Specialist to join our Talent organization and shape the structures that guide employee growth across the company. This remote position focuses on designing clear, scalable career paths and role architectures for Talent functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.
• Build and update role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent‑related structures.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to align frameworks with business needs.
• Document and communicate updates in a clear, globally usable format.
• Support audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.
• Proven experience designing career paths, job families, or role architectures.
• Strong analytical ability to structure information into clear frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional HR or Talent teams.
• System‑thinking mindset with a passion for clarity and logical problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
• Flowchart or mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.
