Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our fast‑growing, international team. In this remote, full‑time position you will be the front‑line of our sales engine, generating new business opportunities and feeding the pipeline for our sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails and social media to identify potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on needs and fit, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow‑ups.
• Log all activities and pipeline progress in HubSpot CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
• Professional level English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent and goal‑driven.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
• Strong objection‑handling and persuasion abilities.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (experience with other CRMs such as Salesforce is a plus).
• Salesforce (optional but advantageous).
