Bookkeeper – Full‑Time Accounting Role

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join our Accounting department on a full‑time basis. You will work closely with the Controller to ensure that all financial records are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with relevant accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enter financial data accurately into our accounting systems.
• Use QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, OnPay, or similar tools to track and manage transactions.
• Maintain organized and easily accessible financial records.
• Support a collaborative team environment with a positive attitude.
• Apply basic accounting principles in line with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, or other applicable frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience or training in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data‑entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience using Bill.com.
• Familiarity with OnPay or comparable payroll/financial applications.
