Bookkeeper – Full-Time Accounting Position

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join our accounting team on a full‑time basis. Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the integrity of our financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update financial transactions in our accounting system promptly and accurately.
• Use QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, OnPay or similar tools to process invoices, payments and payroll.
• Organise and archive financial documents to ensure easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with the Comptroller and other team members to reconcile accounts and prepare reports.
• Apply basic accounting principles in line with IFRS, U.S. GAAP or other relevant frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience or training in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data‑entry accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience using Bill.com.
• Familiarity with OnPay or comparable payroll/financial applications.
