Bilingual Sales Rep (English and Spanish)

About the role

ReadyChatAI is seeking a bilingual, results‑driven Sales Representative fluent in English and Spanish. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, presenting ReadyChatAI’s AI‑powered SaaS solutions, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers across English‑ and Spanish‑speaking markets.
• Conduct outbound sales via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify inbound leads and maintain professional communication in both languages.
• Present product demos, understand customer needs and explain how ReadyChatAI solves challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, follow up consistently, and negotiate to close sales.
• Record all activities in the company CRM and meet monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, SaaS or technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

What we offer
