Bilingual Recruiter – U.S. Market (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Bilingual Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts for the U.S. market. This fully remote position involves sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates in both English and Spanish while collaborating with internal recruiters and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other channels.
• Identify and contact qualified candidates for assigned positions.
• Conduct initial interviews in English and assess fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring teams or clients.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, team leaders and clients to meet hiring targets.
• Achieve the KPIs established by the company.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and energetic.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Interest in learning and growing within a talent‑acquisition environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Familiarity with job boards and digital recruitment tools.
• Competence with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
