Bilingual Pre-Sales Representative (English & Spanish) – Remote

About the role

Mindy Support is looking for a remote, full‑time Pre‑Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish. You will work on a freelance basis, handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule medical appointments and re‑engage cancelled bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct follow‑up calls with leads to book doctors' appointments.
• Contact customers who have cancelled appointments and attempt to re‑schedule.
• Maintain and update customer records in HubSpot CRM.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
• Report activity and results to senior management.

Required profile

• Previous sales or call‑center experience with English‑speaking customers.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1‑C2) and Spanish (C1).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet weekly schedule changes, and collaborate with a remote team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
• Experience using G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).

What we offer

• Two‑week training period followed by a two‑month probation.
• Compensation of $750 USD per month during probation, then $750 USD/month plus up to $100 USD KPI bonus.
