About the role
We are seeking a bilingual medical professional (English/Spanish) to join our health‑administration team at our Chacao office. The role focuses on communicating test results, monitoring critical outcomes, and coordinating with insurance providers.
Key responsibilities
- Call patients to convey medical test results in both English and Spanish.
- Monitor and flag critical test results for immediate attention.
- Ensure proper handling and follow‑up of medical orders.
- Process authorization letters and liaise with health‑insurance companies.
- Perform other administrative activities related to patient care.
Required profile
- University degree in Medicine, Nursing, Bioanalysis, or Nutrition.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for health administration.
- Advanced conversational English in addition to native‑level Spanish.
