Bilingual Medical Doctor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated bilingual Medical Doctor to join our Caracas office on a full‑time basis. The role serves as the primary liaison between U.S. clients, surgical teams, and patients, overseeing the entire clinical journey from initial contact through post‑operative care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end medical clearance process, ensuring patients meet health requirements before surgery.
• Act as the main point of contact for patients by phone, answering clinical questions and building lasting relationships.
• Oversee the referrals department, monitor daily laboratory results (e.g., LabCorp), and provide timely feedback to patients and providers.
• Guide patients through pre‑operative preparation and conduct weekly post‑operative follow‑ups to track recovery.
• Ensure accurate completion and filing of medical records, clearances, and legal documentation within required timeframes.
• Identify potential complications or emergencies and trigger escalation protocols promptly.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Completed Medical Doctor degree.
• Full‑time availability to work onsite in Chacao, Caracas.
• Ability to start immediately.
