Bilingual Leads Specialist (Remote, Daytime)

About the role

Peek Law Group is looking for a proactive, persuasive, detail‑oriented Bilingual Leads Specialist to manage and nurture potential client leads. The position is fully remote and requires consistent availability during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Enter all leads into Infusionsoft with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond to phone, email, and social media inquiries, assessing potential clients' needs.
• Follow up with prospects who have not scheduled or confirmed appointments to encourage engagement.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys or intake specialists, matching prospects to the appropriate staff member.
• Call prospects the day before appointments to confirm attendance and record outcomes in Time Matters.
• Collect intake information for Zoom consultations and create the corresponding Contact and Case in Time Matters.
• Encourage hesitant prospects to proceed with consultations using persuasive yet empathetic communication.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups with prospects who did not initially hire the firm.
• Process consultation payments through LawPay and generate receipts in Time Matters.
• Maintain the client database in Infusionsoft, ensuring information is current and correctly categorized.
• Create a Contact and Case in Time Matters when a payment is processed or documents are received.
• Upload any documents provided by prospects to Time Matters for consultation preparation.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in sales, intake, customer service, or another client‑facing role.
• Persuasive yet empathetic communication style with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Tech‑savvy with experience using CRM, scheduling, and case‑management tools.
• Experience in a law firm or legal intake environment preferred.
