Calls Experts is seeking a bilingual English‑Spanish Call Center Agent to join its remote team serving the US and Canadian insurance markets. The position is full‑time, work‑from‑home and ideal for candidates who enjoy fast‑paced customer interaction and have strong communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Qualify leads, make live transfers when appropriate, and answer client questions accurately.
• Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Update information in company systems and online spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal communication.
• Comfortable handling objections, persuasive communication, and natural small‑talk.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn and grow.
