B2B Sales Representative – Telematics (Remote, Caracas)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Representative to join our South America sales team, focusing on Teltonika’s telematics device portfolio. Based in Caracas and working remotely, you will drive growth in the local market by promoting IoT‑enabled GPS tracking solutions to logistics, agriculture, car‑sharing, construction and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing B2B clients through regular contact, presentations and visits.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings abroad.
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to meet customer requirements.
• Generate leads via cold calling, email and LinkedIn and log activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in telematics or IoT solutions.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and delivering results under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or a related field.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms.
• Strong cold‑calling and pipeline‑generation abilities.
• Knowledge of IoT and telematics technologies.
