Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Automation Specialist to own and evolve the automation ecosystem that supports key business operations. This fully remote, full‑time position is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience building production‑grade workflows in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain multi‑step lead automation workflows, including intake, scoring, routing, enrichment, and CRM synchronization.
• Manage Salesforce automation covering lead lifecycle, object relationships, field mapping, conversion logic, and activity tracking.
• Create automated reporting pipelines for daily, weekly, and monthly business metrics.
• Support internal operational automations such as candidate screening, meeting intelligence, calendar sync, and secure credential handling.
• Write, debug, and document Python and JavaScript code within automation platforms.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose automation solutions that increase efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience building multi‑branch automations using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and workflow automation.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and performing prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for automation logic.
• Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues independently.
