ARMO Master Mechanic – Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

About the role

As an ARMO Master Mechanic you will support the maintenance, repair, assembly and operational readiness of oilfield equipment. You will apply your mechanical expertise to perform complex maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues and ensure work follows established quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, assembly and disassembly on oilfield equipment using common and specialty tools.
• Inspect equipment to verify compliance with operational and quality requirements.
• Read and interpret maintenance procedures, engineering drawings, technical manuals and parts lists.
• Support equipment troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Utilize measurement and gauging equipment to confirm equipment integrity and performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations and engineering teams to ensure reliability and safety.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in a mechanical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in oil & gas, airline, military, automotive or similar environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow formal maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency with common and specialty maintenance tools and measurement equipment.
• Good computer skills and ability to perform basic calculations required for maintenance tasks.
