Architect – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Architect with strong experience in Revit to lead the production of detailed construction documentation. The role involves creating high‑quality 3D models, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all deliverables meet local building and zoning codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies for Department of Buildings approval.
• Maintain and update accurate Revit models that comply with architectural and construction standards.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create 3D renderings using Lumion (or equivalent software) to visualize design concepts.
• Develop schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Strong architectural background with verifiable experience in project coordination.
• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Ability to self‑organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
