About the role

Join Mondelēz International in Venezuela as a Junior Financial Planning Analyst. You will work under the Finance Manager, handling detailed finance tasks, data structuring, and ensuring information integrity across the finance planning cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance planning and performance management activities, including annual contract forecasting, target setting, financial reporting, analysis, and modeling for a specific region or business unit.
• Collect data, perform integrity checks, and monitor reconciliations to maintain accurate financial information.
• Support a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring adherence to company policies and external regulations.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior finance leadership.
• Participate in initiatives to improve efficiency, embrace continuous improvement, and leverage technology for operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to a high‑performing finance team and pursue personal and peer development.

Required profile
