About the role

You will join Mondelēz International Digital Services to deliver an impeccable service experience through meticulous administrative support. The position ensures that all HR processes are followed, documented, and aligned with legal and data‑privacy requirements.

Key responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day administration and operational support for HR processes, meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining service quality.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, legal regulations, and data‑privacy standards.
Maintain accurate data entry and records, handle access requests/issues, and collaborate with team members to improve end‑to‑end efficiency.
Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and act on them.

Required profile

Experience in the specific area of responsibility and in administration with a strong customer‑service orientation.
Computer literate with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Proven ability to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
