About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s sales intelligence team to drive the Perfect POS initiative. You will ensure that in‑store displays and shelf placements are optimized to grow top‑line sales and improve margin across the Venezuelan market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop in‑store standards for primary and secondary shelf placement, aligning them with category and brand strategies and adapting them to each retail environment.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of display solutions, using Mondelēz harmonized designs and maintaining project documentation and status reporting.
• Track Perfect Store KPIs, analyse distribution gaps, create action plans and execute activities to capture growth opportunities.
• Support fast‑track initiatives by analysing data, preparing revisions, signing off priorities and monitoring results together with Category Planning and Activation.
• Manage all activities within agreed budgets and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong desire to accelerate your career in a commercial environment.
• Experience with key accounts, distribution, and customer/category knowledge.
• Project‑management background in supply‑chain or commercial contexts.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on teamwork and results.
