Admissions Officer

About the role

The Admissions Officer will manage the full admissions cycle for all year groups at SC Escuela Britanica, ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to enrollment. This role works closely with the Head of School, finance, and academic leaders to deliver a high‑quality admissions experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, applications, assessments, interviews, and school tours for prospective families.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in the iSAMS admissions system and ensure data integrity.
• Communicate admissions status and decisions clearly and empathetically.
• Coordinate enrollment steps, including registration paperwork, fee collection, and orientation.
• Represent the school at fairs, community events, and embassies to promote its British and international curricula.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop admissions materials and support outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and data protection regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Organised and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Professional and responsive attitude towards inquiries and admissions decisions.
