Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Unybrands, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and credit memos for the company’s global e‑commerce operations. The position is fully remote from Venezuela and works with the Tipalti automated AP system.

Key responsibilities

• Process 200–300 vendor invoices and credit memos weekly using Tipalti.
• Track invoice status throughout the procure‑to‑pay cycle and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Reduce aged balances and maintain accurate payables reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve AP issues and support continuous improvement.
• Cross‑train with teammates to ensure coverage during absences.

Required profile

• Coachable, eager to learn, detail‑oriented and goal‑driven.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new or changing processes.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable experience; customer service experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Tipalti (preferred).
• Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred).
