Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio of mid‑term rental properties. In this remote position you will handle day‑to‑day operations, guest communications and property performance, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants and owners alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries and lease agreements across multiple platforms.
• Conduct tenant screening and onboarding processes.
• Monitor occupancy, update pricing and track renewals or extensions.
• Handle maintenance requests and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain property records, reports and operational documentation.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve guest concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing mid‑term rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
