Treasury Analyst – Global FinTech & Crypto

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support a high‑growth fintech and cryptocurrency platform. The position is fully remote and reports directly to the Treasury Manager, handling end‑to‑end global treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash positioning using the treasury management system to optimise global liquidity.
• Monitor and reconcile cash accounts, including bank accounts, kiosk cash, and cash in transit, and generate KPI reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations, resolve variances, and provide reconciliation reports for month‑end close.
• Manage domestic and international bank relationships, liaise with banks for statements and cash position updates.
• Oversee fund disbursements, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and international accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial and treasury records for all transactions.
• Produce ad‑hoc management reports on budget utilisation, explain deviations, and suggest recommendations.
• Support the investigation of unusual transactions and uphold the code of conduct for financial activities.
• Coordinate daily, 13‑week, and 26‑week cash forecasts to guarantee sufficient funds.
• Review budget proposals for technical errors and provide detailed account status analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management or related finance roles.
• CPA or CMA credential is a plus.
• Proven experience developing financial models.
