About the role
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Progressive Care Unit on a travel assignment. The role focuses on ensuring safe patient transitions, accurate handoffs, and up‑to‑date care plans while maintaining high standards of infection control and medication safety.
Key responsibilities
- Support patient care transitions, including thorough handoffs and care‑plan updates.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and monitor post‑procedure recovery.
- Assess patient conditions and respond according to established clinical protocols.
- Adhere to infection prevention guidelines and medication safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and procedural support.
