About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our fully remote team and help staff technology positions across a portfolio of high‑impact projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to source, assess, and place top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical openings, ensuring timely placements.
• Review, filter, and shortlist candidates based on defined parameters.
• Write concise candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
