Team Lead – Gym Operations

About the role

Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. The Team Lead supports the Club Manager, trains staff, and ensures high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.
• Handle front‑desk duties such as answering calls, member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations and account updates.
• Give gym tours and meet potential members.
• Support the Club Manager with team management and backup duties.
• Maintain club cleanliness, appearance and enforce company policies.
• Help manage marketing promotions and ensure staff are trained on them.
• Order supplies, track inventory and generate reports.

Required profile

• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lb as required.
