Tax Analyst (Direct Tax)

About the role

Remote is looking for a Tax Analyst (Direct Tax) to support corporate tax compliance across its global entities. The role offers exposure to EMEA, APAC and Americas tax regulations and the chance to work with the International Tax Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the International Tax Manager and assist in corporate tax compliance tasks (filings, documentation, payments) for all Remote group companies worldwide.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to prepare and submit corporate tax returns and related reports.
• Analyze sensitive corporate tax topics, including compliance issues and tax planning, both internally and with external partners.
• Ensure sustainable compliance with tax authorities in each operating jurisdiction.
• Monitor and discuss risk positions related to corporate tax matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; postgraduate or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• At least 4 years of corporate tax compliance experience, including income tax, payroll withholding, and cross‑border withholding taxes.
• Proven advisory experience on direct taxes, tax treaties and transfer‑pricing rules.
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of recent tax developments such as OECD Pillars 1 & 2 and Digital Services Taxes.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
