Talent Sourcer (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Teal.ai is looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its fully remote team. Working alongside the company’s AI‑driven sourcing platform, you will help identify and pre‑select candidates that match client requests while keeping the data foundation up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑selection and selection of profiles in line with client requirements, using Teal’s technology and your sourcing expertise.
• Collaborate with the Data and AI team to create new data points and maintain core data quality.
• Make agile, data‑driven decisions throughout the sourcing workflow.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to define and refine sourcing strategies and algorithmic methodologies.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in scouting, sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong interest in IT, recruitment and data‑driven talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team player with flexibility and adaptability to a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Proactive mindset and ability to make timely decisions based on data.
