Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology services leader as a Talent Quality Auditor, working fully remotely. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Talent Acquisition interactions meet the company’s high standards of quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of candidate calls, screening interviews, emails and workflow documentation.
• Measure performance against defined scorecards, KPIs and audit criteria.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills and advanced proficiency in English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
