Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Intelligence Analyst you will bridge data and decision‑making for the Talent Acquisition team, creating KPIs, monitoring systems and dashboards that provide a single source of truth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, detect anomalies and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Define and refine KPIs for the Talent Acquisition function, establishing clear formulas and measurement criteria.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to spot performance drops, data inconsistencies and unusual patterns before they affect results.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS and CRM systems, ensuring a unified view of all talent metrics.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to design and improve dashboards, guaranteeing correct KPI logic and supporting reporting automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong SQL and database management skills with hands‑on experience handling large datasets.
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience focused on extracting insights and supporting decision‑making.
• Proven track record in process optimisation, KPI definition, tracking and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
