Talent Analytics Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Analytics Analyst you will turn recruitment data into actionable insights that guide strategic hiring decisions. Working remotely, you will partner with leadership to improve the talent acquisition lifecycle through data‑driven storytelling and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards that track recruitment funnel health and operational efficiency.
• Analyze talent‑related KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to present data‑backed insights for workforce planning.
• Develop targeted strategies for sourcing and attracting high‑quality candidates.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as employee retention, cost‑per‑hire, and time‑to‑fill.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Analytics, Data Analytics, or Talent Operations.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and visualizations.
• Hands‑on experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPI reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
