Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Toptal’s Sourcing team. In this fully remote position you will help shape a strategic sourcing approach that attracts top software development experts and ensures an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine a strategic sourcing approach to attract top software development experts.
• Identify, reach out to, and engage qualified professionals worldwide.
• Maintain a stable pipeline of high‑quality candidates and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the Matching and Screening teams to prioritize sourcing needs.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead to create process playbooks and meet KPIs.
• Utilise internal, cutting‑edge sourcing tools to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting technical talent, especially software developers.
• Strong ability to create exceptional candidate experiences.
• Adaptable, collaborative and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Experience with sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
• Data‑driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management.
• Ability to analyse metrics and improve processes.
