About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help shape the candidate experience by conducting initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and supporting the evaluation process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles to determine general fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video call, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews, send calendar invites, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Assist interviewers by providing candidate background information and ensuring a smooth interview flow.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail when handling candidate data.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
