About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates. You will conduct initial interviews, assess candidate profiles, and guide applicants through our recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to evaluate overall fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and encourage participation.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment system records up to date.
• Support interview sessions by reviewing profiles, experience, interests, and commitment.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
